Can I order through this website now?

Online checkout is temporarily paused while we prepare the store. You can browse products and contact us about availability, options and a quote. A message or custom print request is not a paid order.

When will my item be ready to ship?

Every item is printed after an order is placed. Preparation time depends on the item, quantity and current schedule. Contact us to confirm the time from order to ready for shipment. Carrier delivery time is additional; tell us about any deadline before ordering.

Which colors and sizes can I choose?

Options vary by product. If the size or color you need is missing or unclear, contact us before ordering. Screen colors and printed finishes can differ; 3D printing can leave visible layer lines.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping depends on the packed weight, box dimensions and destination. Large or combined orders may need an individual quote. See our shipping information.

Can you print a custom design or a bulk order?

Yes, you can submit a custom print request or ask about bulk orders. Include the size, quantity, material preferences and deadline. Send only files you have permission to share and reproduce.

Where do I get help with an existing order?

Use order status or contact us with your order number. For a damaged, incorrect or missing item, include a description of the problem. Do not send card details or passwords.

Can I cancel or return an order?

You may cancel for a full refund before printing begins. Printing usually starts within 24 hours of ordering and may start sooner; there is no guaranteed 24-hour cancellation window. Once printing starts, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. For damaged items or shipments lost or stolen in the mail, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement. Other refunds are considered individually, except where required by law. What if I bought through Etsy or eBay?

Use the order page and messages on the marketplace where you purchased. That order's listing terms and the marketplace's applicable policies govern the transaction. A website inquiry does not change an existing marketplace order.
