Terms of Sale and Website Use

3dprintrite.com is operated by 3D Print Rite LLC in Florida. These terms apply to purchases through this website. Etsy and eBay transactions are governed by their order terms and applicable marketplace policies. Online checkout is currently paused while we prepare the store.

Products and specifications

Every item is printed after an order is placed. Review the description, dimensions, material, selected options and intended use before ordering. Printed objects can have visible layer lines and minor finish or color variations. These characteristics do not excuse an incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed product. Contact us about suitability when an item will be used around heat, food, children or for a structural purpose; do not assume a suitability or safety certification that the listing does not state.

Prices and ordering

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Item prices, shipping and applicable taxes will be shown or confirmed before payment. A contact message or quote request does not place a paid order. Review your delivery address, quantity and options before submitting an order. If a material pricing, availability or specification error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher amount without your agreement. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Custom projects and uploaded files

Provide accurate dimensions, requirements and instructions. Only upload content you own or are authorized to share and reproduce. Submitting a file allows us to review it for your request and, if you order, use it to fulfill that project. Ownership of your submitted design is not transferred to us by an upload. Any separate design work, production price and schedule must be confirmed in your quote before payment.

Cancellations and replacements

You may cancel for a full refund before printing begins. Printing usually starts within 24 hours of ordering and may start sooner; there is no guaranteed 24-hour cancellation window. Once printing starts, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We arrange replacements for damaged items and shipments lost or stolen in the mail after investigating the issue. Other refunds are considered individually, except where required by law. Preparation and delivery

Preparation time and carrier transit time are separate. The shipment timeframe confirmed for your order applies. Our Shipping information explains quotes, shipment delays and delivery problems. The cancellation restriction after printing begins does not remove shipment-delay rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Accounts and site use

Keep your sign-in details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use the website to submit malicious files, fraudulent orders or material you are not permitted to share. We may restrict misuse of the site; this does not remove our obligations for valid existing orders.

Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Notice explains the site's handling of information. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms provided for an existing order are not silently replaced by later changes. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
