This notice describes information handled through 3dprintrite.com, operated by 3D Print Rite LLC in Florida.

Information the website collects

Depending on the features you use, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, account credentials, order information, messages, customization instructions and files you submit for a print request. Our server and security features also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times and security events.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, manage accounts and orders, arrange production and delivery, provide support, prevent abuse and maintain business records. Please do not include payment card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive information in messages or uploaded files.

Service providers and external websites

Hosting, email, security, payment and delivery providers process information needed for their services. The site's payment integration uses Stripe; payment details entered in its payment interface are processed by Stripe. See Stripe's privacy policy. Online checkout is currently paused.

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes device and browser signals for this purpose; see the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Product images may load from Etsy's image hosting service. Your browser contacts that service when loading those images. Links to Etsy, eBay and carrier websites lead to services with their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect legal rights.

Cookies and sessions

The site uses cookies and session identifiers for features such as your cart, sign-in and security. Blocking these in your browser can prevent those features from working.

Your information and requests

You can review account information after signing in. To request access, correction or deletion of information, or ask a privacy question, use our contact form and put "Privacy request" in the subject. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained for orders, accounting, dispute handling, security or legal obligations; deletion may therefore be limited.
