Cancellations and Replacements

Every item is printed to order

We begin making each item after an order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please check the size, color, quantity and any personalization before ordering.

Cancelling before printing starts

You may cancel your order for a full refund before printing begins. Printing usually begins within 24 hours after the order is placed, and may begin sooner. This is not a guaranteed 24-hour cancellation window. Once printing starts, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number and "Cancel order" in the subject. We will check the production status and confirm the cancellation outcome.

Damaged, lost or stolen shipments

If your item arrives damaged, or your shipment is lost or stolen in the mail, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can investigate and arrange a replacement. For damage, photographs of the item and packaging help us review the issue. Keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

Refunds

For damaged, lost or stolen shipments, our standard remedy is replacement. Refunds outside eligible cancellations are considered individually and are not routinely offered. An occasional refund does not create a general return policy.

Shipment delays and your rights

If we cannot ship within the agreed timeframe, we will notify you and offer a revised shipment date or cancellation with a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise and applicable charges, as explained in our Shipping information. The restriction on change-of-mind cancellation after printing begins does not remove these shipment-delay rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law, including for defective or incorrect goods.

Etsy and eBay purchases

For marketplace purchases, request help through the order page on Etsy or eBay. The terms provided with that order and applicable marketplace policies govern the transaction.
